- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Metier Minus from any and all costs (including any losses, damages, expenses and legal costs) incurred by Metier Minus arising out of or in relation to:

- These T&Cs are governed by, and intended to be construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&Cs must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
