These Terms of Use (T&Cs) are effective from 29 November 2023. 

Thank you for using our website at www.metierminus.org (the Website). These T&Cs form a legally binding agreement between you and Metier Minus Limited (Metier Minus, also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and apply to your use of our Website. 

Please read the T&Cs carefully before using our Website. By using our Website, you confirm and acknowledge that you have read and understood these T&Cs and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these T&Cs for any reason, please do not use our Website.

  1. Introduction
    1. The Website is owned and operated by Metier Minus incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong (company number 3330461). 
    2. These T&Cs, together with our Privacy Policy at www.metierminus.org/privacy-policy, contains the whole agreement between you and Metier Minus in relation to your use of our Website. 
    3. Our T&Cs and Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised T&Cs and Privacy Policy on our website. Your use of our Website after any update to these T&Cs constitutes your agreement to be bound by the T&Cs and the Privacy Policy that apply at that time. We encourage you to review these T&Cs at regular intervals.

    1. By using our Website, you acknowledge and agree to do so in a legal and ethical manner.

    3. We do not guarantee that our Website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Website without notice. 
    4. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated any of these T&Cs.

All content on our Website, including text, data, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, icons, designs, layout, trade marks, trade names, software and other data, content or other materials available on or through the Website (collectively, Intellectual Property) are owned by Metier Minus and are legally protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 
    2. Your access to and/or use of our Website does not transfer any ownership in or right in or to any of our Intellectual Property or the Website. 
    3. You agree to not sell, license, reproduce, modify, disseminate, extract or use any of our Intellectual Property without our prior written consent. This includes copying, text or data mining, web scraping, or using any automated means to access or extract any Intellectual Property from the Website.
    4. Metier Minus’ status as the author of content on our Website must always be acknowledged.

    1. The Website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. Linked third party websites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites. The presence of third party links on our Website does not constitute an endorsement by Metier Minus of that third party website, or the products, services or content contained in that third party website.

You agree that we will not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by your use of or reliance on any content of any third party websites.

      2. your reliance on any content on our Website;

      3. any claim that your use of the Website in an unauthorised manner infringed the intellectual property of any third party.

    1. These T&Cs are governed by, and intended to be construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&Cs must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
